Your order
Onee you have placed your order, we will endeavour to despatch the goods within 48 hours, within reasonable stock limits. In case items ordered are out of stock, Chatty Gecko will inform you and will offer an alternative. You will have the choices of either canceling the order or accept a replacement. We will only collect your moneys once the order is despatched.
Any made to order item will be sent within a agreed timescale to be specified at time of order.
Shipping
All light weight items, such as kids pyjamas, nightdresses, PJ bottoms, will be shipped in light cardboard envelopes that will fit a normal size letterbox, to ensure you promptly receive your order without the need of having to collec it from the post office. You may wish to specify a preferred delivery address when placing your order.
Prices
Our prices are quoted in GB Sterling Pounds, and are inclusive of all UK taxes. Shipping fees are calculated separately. You may wish to specify when checking out your preferred payment currency.
Refund
Should you not be satisfied with your order, for any reason, please return the item, within 7 days, from date of receipt, in its new state, and original packaging. Make sure that the refund form is completed and is included in your package. You will be reimbursed within 3 working days.
